''For You'' charity NGO, cooperating with armenian specialized orphanages for a long time, has noticed significant growth of disabled children in given institutions. From the study of reasons it is turned out that considerable part of these children living in regions and villages with their families have been refrained from early intervention and support. Based on this problem ''For You'' charity NGO aimed to establish integrated development centers in different regions which will be directed to:

• early detection and consultant of the children with disability
• therapeutic services which are served for the children having diagnosed disability, development pause or development pause resulting health state in future
• analys and consultant or vulnerable groups
• the integration of children with multiple disorders in different social environments
• prevent/reduce the entrance of such kind of children in specialized orphanages
