Protect the rights and interests of persons with disabilities, children, teenagers and the elderly, as well as their families, and prepare the society for their full integration.

• To assist the development of mental and physical abilities, independent acting and full social abilities for living in the community for vulnarable children and families, children, young people with special needs and elderly.

• To provide access to education, individual treatment and equal opportunities for children with special educational needs and youth.

• To organize various events, cultural programs for vulnarable children and families, children, young people with special needs and elderly in order to engage in meaningful occupation.

• To create a resource center in Specialized Children's Home of Kharberd for assisting the vulnarable children and families, children, young people with special needs by increasing their awareness and improving socio-economic situation, through establishment of educational, health, vocational, day-care rehabilitation center, in order to promote deinstitutionalization.
